Bipolar work ideas?

I am a bipolar college student who has no idea about what I should do for a career. I have always gotten good grades in school and I was accepted to a decent University, but things got really difficult in college when I entered into my phases of depression. The problem is, I have such a hard time staying awake and getting out of bed that it is nearly impossible to get stuff done. Also, I was diagnosed with it last year so I have been on all these weird meds that make it difficult to function. (I was sick in bed for three weeks while slowly being taken off of lithium and I am always pretty drowsy). I have such a hard time keeping jobs too (I worked at a coffeehouse and the library and I just got yelled at the whole time) since I have tremendous issues focusing and remembering things. I am good at creative endeavors like writing poetry and acting... but I want a stable career that pays something. Any ideas???
