Hollister interview i some questions!?

ok so i went to hollister today and asked to apply they gave me a sheet of paper with the secret pword to apply ad stuff. during this they asked what day i could come in and interview, i was wondering do i go in this day? i picked thi friday at four im not sure if im supposed to go because they never sent me the confirmation e-mail. also when they ask you what diversity means can someone answer this for me? and why do u want to work here those always stump me thanks!!
