What do you think of this?

We frequently seen fires in every part of the cities in Metro Manila during summer season. It became rampant even on rainy season. Why not ask the city Mayors to equip their respective barangays with enough number of fire extinguisher esp. in the city of Manila were numbers of illegal settlers are too many. Naturally every municipality still maintain their own firemen to put out the fire the only purpose of fire extinguisher is to lessen the spread of the fire while the fire trucks are still on the way. Usually the fire is already huge once the fire trucks arrive and almost half of the block are already eaten up by the fire. Funds? I though you never ask. But local gov't have allocation of funds so why not divert the funds to buy fire extinguisher to distribute to different barangay esp. those depress area in the city. We help those who help themselves instead of helplessly looking for a bucket of water to put out a fire we might as well equip them with a fire extinguisher. There are many NGO's in the Philippines that can ease up with donation of these kind isn't it? Because once they have no home after the fire, the local gov't has to place them in a basketball court or open ground for the time being until they return back to their normal life. Paulit ulit na lang ang ganitong sistema sa ating lipunan didn't you notice? And the people are suffering. I pity the children. No home, no clothings no nothing. Putting 10 fire extinguisher with each barangay can probably put out the fire much faster and with ease. What is your opinion on this? Ok we eliminate corruption in the distribution of these fire equipment, can this work?
