IF i sigh a lot, does it mean that something is bothering me?

i always sigh, i think there is a reason but i'm tired to sigh in front of my fiends. i can't help myself to sigh, it's like a disease. know anything to cure this. i tried to control my sigh but it just automatically comes out and it's bothering me *sorry, english is not my forte*
