Need some date ideas?

Cuz although I don't have a gf, I'm hoping I'll have one soon. But before I go out and ask someone out I wanna make sure I can have a good time with her without spending a ton of money, seeing as how I'm still hunting for a job. (I'm 16 btw). But yeah, like something fun, but probably not outdoors (unless sledding is a good idea). It's winter here in the northern part of the U.S., meaning cold (especially in the upcoming week) and snow. So, where would be some places to go? And I don't really want to have a date at one of our houses unless I'm sure she'd be cool with it. So any ideas and/or suggestions would be great, thanks!
