Can i wear this scarf in the summer?

pair it with a washed colour skinny jeans and a white tank. tie it like a normal scarf of tie it like a bow, it would look good. i have some tips though, if the scarf is dangling and not tight to the neck don't show a skin between the scarf and the tank because it doesnt look good.
