Don't you think his family is in denial?

so his son gets shot by police because his son drove away from a bar and drivng torwards an officer. and he got shot a couple of times and died. then his family wants to know what happened and doesnt believe thepolice,federal government. they even hired a private group to investigate. They object to the fact that DJ Henry,son, was drinking before driving. Now they want to sue 120 million torwards the state of ny. Are they in denial, becase thats what i think
