I'm looking for more information on a perinikia -- a type of infected blister. Where can i find some info?

The only information I could find was from Yahoo answers. I searched everywhere else (google, dictionary, encyclopedia) and I couldn't find anything. I know it's some sort of blister, but I'm looking for a little more information. I'm sure it's categorized under a different name or soemthing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
