Salt water Fish tank Black Slime?

Hello, I have a 55 gallon salt water fish tank with 1 lionfish in it... i am having trouble getting rid of this black slime looking stuff that is all over the sand and rocks.. i tried a blackout and it went away for a little bit... it gets really bad when i leave the lights on for period of time any help is greatly appriciated
