Trademark or Copyright advice for house?

My father and uncle owned a well-known house in the 1960's. The operation became well known due to the undergound telephone wires, tunnels, hotlines, etc. It took the police a long time to catch my uncle - the main owner - and shut the house down. I have recieved several inquiries to make a move/book about it. How can I protect this and own the rights to the name and story of the house?
