I am 5' 8" and 200lbs. I have tried a lot of weight loss supplements and I have been doing lightexercisee for some time now. Since October of 2009 I have stayed at 200lbs. Is there anything anyone knows about losing weight? I just want some good hard info, and if it requires dieting, more exercisee, then so be it. Im just tired of lugging my weight around. Any tips or tricks or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
