Why are my legs still tanned after a long winter?

you must have some good stuff, that is about your pigmentation? My Brother and I have different dads, He is dark skin like he is tan and it stays. I lose color easy any more years ago when I worked outside all day I had a KILLER tan but it eased off slowly as long as I stayed out each year I was ok,, but any more YUK I need sun all over bad. but I don't need skin cancer either.
