Alriight im really scared right now.?

OKay so basiccally one of the sides of my room has no walls because were fixingit it sooo my creepy azz neighbor is just sipping on his drink and staring over the wall just chilling. everytime i peek over to the side of my laptop i can see him and he can see me. and while im hiding behind the laptop screen he stares at my feet. how do i get rid of him??
