What else can I eat to make sure my unborn has nutrients?

I became unemployed around the same time I became pregnant.I'm not getting unemployment because my previous employer went to court and lied.The repeal is taking forever.Anyhow,I of course am taking vitamins as directed by my doctor but I'm worried about my baby's health.Before I found out I was pregnant (just under 2 months,I think it was) I had dyed my hair,and my laptop was always on top of me.I basically lived in the basement with cats and no windows to open because of the screens and breathing in smoke.So I'm obviously worried as is.Thankfully my boyfriend's (the dad) parents are letting me live here(new house,much better).Problem is they have 4 boys so it's pretty much meat and potatoes for dinner everyday.They don't eat fish (even the sticks) only sometimes have vegetables,and don't have fruit.I'm worried if my kid is going to be healthy and smart.I'd buy it myself but I'm in so much debt and have no money right now. Any advice on what would help that they might have around?I eat peanut er sandwiches,eggs,and healthy cereal to try to help.When they bring food back from fast food,or restaurants I always get a salad.Thanks.
