Wireless fan working with wireless inwall remote?

I have a Hamtpon Bay fan, model number 55295, a href="http://www.hamptonbay.com/Product.aspx?pid=8b2a033d-4f81-4640-ab32-5d0a4be2c292&cid=791090,." rel="nofollow"http://www.hamptonbay.com/Product.aspx?p…/a it came with a handheld remote to control the fan (no way to control it through normal switches) but i can't find the remote in the dark, so i want to change over to an in wall remote. I found this at home depot (Model T1&R1, a href="http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&productId=100072901&langId=-1&catalogId=10053)" rel="nofollow"http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stor…/a but i can't get it to work with my fan. both products are made by Hampton Bay and i've tried to change the frequency's to match (tried opposite, etc) but no luck. Noone at the home depot knows anything about it and Hampton Bay doesn't have a support phone number or even an email. So i'm throwing it out to the world.. does anyone know how i can get these two things to work together (or know of a universal in wall remote) Thanks a ton.
